“This building is a masterpiece of the famous architect Zaha Hadid. It attracts the eye from the outside and surprises with what's inside. It's interesting to look at it both day and night. The author's talent amazes with its various details. Free exhibitions are often held inside. There is a cafes and a spa. High-speed elevators lead to all floors. It is very interesting to study the interior and exterior design from each floor of the building.”

“Love the futuristic vibe there. The cafe stays open until late, handy for a late afternoon break. The service is excellent. Very peaceful inside. One of my favorite places.”

“The building architecture looks interesting from the outside. It is better to discover it during a sunny day as the night does not offer good lighting of the structure. The central lobby feels cold and lacks life. Really disappointing”

“Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Valet Staff I would like to report a serious issue regarding the behavior of one of your valet parking staff members. There is a short-height boy from Nepal wearing a yellow safety shirt who works in valet parking. He behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When my driver arrived to pick me up, this valet staff member spoke to him very disrespectfully. When I personally asked about the issue, he also spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate way. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing service. Valet parking staff are expected to be polite, respectful, and professional at all times. I kindly request you to take this matter seriously, provide proper training to your staff, and ensure that professionalism and basic manners are maintained. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“Nice place but very bad parking service , they lie and tell customers that the 1st 4 hours are free then 30 dirhams per hour , they didnt explain that i needed to validad the parking card from the Sfumato cafe and the Cafe wont validate unless i pay minimum spend WHICH NOBODY EXPLAINED THAT PRIOR”

“Hello, Mr “Ecurity” guard, person. Manners maketh man, if instead of “hello, this place doesn’t allow photos” you start with “who are you, what are you doing” and then proceed with some pathetic “show of force” you show how poorly this place is managed. Where I come from - you would be dealt with the highest precision and put out of your job, because you disgrace this place with such behavior. Management should be more pro active in such manners.”

“I always come here because our office is there .. I never had any issue - but today the person in the valet was un respectful Some times the card is not working when it’s validate by the shop - and they make me walk 4 times and refuse to understand .. So disappointed”

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE VALET WHO HAVE BROKEN THE CLUTCH ON MY CAR AND REFUSE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY!! I GAVE THE CAR TO VALET IN FULL WORKING ORDER, AND THEY GAVE ME BACK THE CAR UNABLE TO DRIVE, AND STILL LEFT INFRONT OF THE HOTEL ABANDONED!! THE ARE NOT CLAIMING RESPONSIBILITY DESPITE THE FACT THE CAR WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND NOW IS COMPLETELY UNABLE TO DRIVE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE VALET WHO HAVE COMPLETELY REFUSED TO HELP!! I HAVE STAYED IN THE ME HOTEL IN LONDON AND SPAIN AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS HOWEVER NOW I CAN SAY I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! AND ADVISE YOU NOT TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH VALET AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND DENY RESPONSIBILITY”
