The only good point is this community is the size of the houses and garden. Thats all.”

“Most days the house smells like sewage and there seems to be nothing we can do to get rid of the smell. The floor traps built unit the house are directly connected to the sewage outlet. Even closing them hasn't helped. The lack of respect in the community in general is also shocking. Most of the reviews here are written by estate agents trying to flog houses. The community is badly kept and is very poor compared to many other family communities.”

“The community, facilities, and residents are all excellent, but unfortunately the community management and maintenance services significantly let the overall experience down. I’ve experienced multiple ongoing issues that remain unresolved, communication is consistently poor, follow-ups are required far too often, and there has been a noticeable lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. The worst part is when the staff lie to you! Overall, the customer experience has been extremely disappointing.
The villas themselves have great potential and the community concept is strong, but the construction quality in some areas reflects poor workmanship and cost-cutting measures, which is frustrating given the price point and expectations.
Without these management and quality issues, this easily could have been a 5-star review, but in its current state, it falls well short of that standard.
Ill be happy to update this review once the management take my comments seriously.”

“Community facilities are good and the villa and gardens are fantastic value and great size. The sewage smell from the nearby plant however is a problem often making it not possible to sit outside or have your aircon on as it comes through the vents.”

“Terrible area, don't rent here.
The management is extremely bad, and they will make your life extremely difficult.
They don't answer phone calls and requests thru their terrible app takes many days. Worst security and management company makes this the worst place in dubai so far. The management company is slowest in all UAE I SWARR. All processes like old machines.
Go live in EMAAR or Damac better.”

Please stay away from this community.

I recently had the opportunity to visit and explore Pulse Beachfront, and I must say, it’s an exceptional place to live. From the moment I entered the premises, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the wide variety of amenities that cater to all residents’ needs.
The society offers beautifully designed homes that are both spacious and modern. The layout of the community is well-planned, with wide, clean roads and lush greenery that create a peaceful atmosphere.
What truly sets this housing society apart are its top-notch amenities:
State-of-the-Art Fitness Center: A fully equipped gym that’s open 24/7, providing a great space for fitness enthusiasts.
Swimming Pools: Multiple pools, both for adults and children, ensuring family-friendly recreation options.
