Other than that, it is the worst, building I have ever stayed in, everything is in horrible conditions, cheap materials, mold, pigeon infestations, no proper ventilation systems, bad AC, terrible, TERRIBLE smells ALL DAY LONG, unresponsive maintenance, they know every single thing that is wrong with this building yet they lie to your face, the buildings swimming pool was leaking all over the parking, lobby etc but they let it OPEN for people (make it make sense). “Don’t walk away but RUN AWAY , worst experience I’ve ever had in my life here in Dubai , the maintenance is horrible , the AC is horrible , you will pay high bills for DEWA and AC while the AC isn’t even properly working , we got flooded couple of months back and there’s only 1 lift operation in a 11 levels building , no one would listen to your complains neither get back to you with an answer , please do not waste your money on such a horrible building.”

This building does not have an approved suitable for living certification from Dubai municipality LOL. Let me add that it’s managed by Kaizen also one of the worst facilities management companies in the country. You will loose here, you will hate it here (at least if you’re a decent person). These buildings are horrible, built by horrible people, managed by horrible people, and hosts horrible people.”

“Iam a tenant since July 2025 - My experience either the AC is the worst, you will pay high bills of AC to DEWA as well as Dubai South Energy as you will need to leave the AC most of the time ON if you have kids, home building materials are very cheap, very tiny doors internally and the main house door you can hear the steps of people outside. Birds poo is everywhere every corner on every car if you think of parking outside, balcony will be always dirty even if you clean daily. Fire alarm is a different story even my toddler is getting used to it. Security and cleaning staff are always working hard as there is nothing in their hands to do. If you do not mind the cons of the building then stay.”

“The Pulse Boulevard Apartments C1 is a great place to live! The apartments are very spacious, and while it’s a bit far from everything, the access to main roads makes up for it. The security team, Charles and Dependra, are really sweet and add a nice touch to the community. Overall, we love it here!”

“The building and the community are good but the AC system is terrible. It was also confirmed by the maintenance company that the AC system in the building was poorly made. So you better move in with an electric fan or portable cooler to make your stay comfortable because you will be paying a hefty amount for the AC bill but you wont really benefit from it.”

“I’m a tenant at Pulse Boulevard Appartement C1, I really like the place Even it’s very far from everything unfortunately. But first the constructions are bad, cheaply made unfortunately. AC doesn’t work properly because it’s a cheaper one maybe. Customer service Kaizen management worst service. And AC billing very expensive and can’t even cool or work properly and I found Dewa expensive In that area too. It’s almost 3 months I live there and I’m thinking already about moving out. Sad because I like the place but bad AC and its billing, bad customer service, area not worthy. They should consider it and that is a community in the middle of nothing so a good living is priority for tenants.”

“Unfortunately, it's a developed and beautiful area. But every week there are problems with the AC—they either cut it off or reduce the pressure and you experience the heat properly. The bathroom is filthy, sewage on the grounds and they don't know how to finish cleaning it. The windows have been dirty for seven months without cleaning, and they wrote a paper for cleaning and said there would be a cleaning company, so in form it was fine but they didn't clean anything. In the end, this is the second time I'm writing a very bad review. A year and there's no mosque. We don't hear the call to prayer—we are Muslims but there's no adhan in the whole area because the mosque is just a small room.”
