“The Sterling in Business Bay is a beautiful and well-managed building. It is always exceptionally clean, hygienic, and properly maintained. A special mention goes to the security guard, who is an incredibly nice, helpful, and respectful person. Excellent management and a great place to stay!”

“This is for food or grocery special lift. In downtown or business bay, mostly towers provide a lift for food or grocery. Mashallah, sometimes we are facing garbage as well.”

“The building is well maintained, but the management’s approach felt unnecessarily rigid and culturally tone-deaf during Ramadan. I left a small box of sealed water bottles for delivery riders outside my door and was told to remove it immediately as “a violation,” with no suggestion of a safe, approved alternative location. Rules matter, but so do context and basic human decency—especially in Dubai’s heat and during Ramadan. The response felt unfriendly to Muslim values and local customs. A simple solution would be a designated water spot in the lobby/security area. I’m sharing this so future residents know what to expect and so management can improve the way they handle reasonable, community-minded gestures.”

“Building is nice, very convenient and easy to navigate. It is a lovely location which is very close to Emaar buildings and dubai mall by walk 10 minutes.”
