“Building is bad, a rat came through the roof and they blame you for any damages done from before you bought the apartment. Managers are rude, it is a very bad place to stay.”

“I move out from this building because of the ground level maintenance and nobody cares about your complaint their is one maintenance guy Roni he is so rude He took more than 2000 aed for changing heater I checked the online price it was cheap he told me you're apartment is sold out but it was not sold out anyway I will never suggest anyone to move in this building.”

“I think it is easy for people to give feedback when they wish to complain but not compliment when required. I think Vezul residence is an excellent building, in close proximity to the downtown. Design of the building itself, amenities, cleanliness, staff behaviour including security Mohammed is all top notch. Special thanks to Elie Jalkh for helping with the entire process, being transparent from the very beginning and reaching out as soon as he has any updates. He is truly one man army who has helped me from the start.”
