“Such a frustrating experience! The building management asked for a dozen documents, and we submitted everything they requested. After waiting so long, they rejected the application even though we agreed to all their terms and conditions. None other buildings in dubai have the process this complicated or stressful. Such poor communication and lack of transparency total waste of time! Would not recommend this building if you are in hurry and don’t want to waste your time.”

“Its very conducive place to live because its has good rooms and also parking with swimming pool and garden area for children to play and also also have good security serves from east coast security llc”

“A worse management i have ever seen . Guess what . I have been here in dubai from last 15 years always paying my rental in 1 chq . Same i was agreed to pay them .management took my all documents.passport ,emirates Id, salary certificate, credit report . 6 /6 months bank statement from 2 different banks. And then they asked my wife’s passport copy id and salary certificate I myself working in a bank and my credit report is as best as it can be . But guess what they refused it saying financial situation is not satisfactory. Wallah i can purchase the appartment in one go . But i think this management has some other issues .they are more focused on particular nationalities.”

“Lol 😂😂😂😂 what a stupid requirements... Have anyone encountered a request like " we need bank statement for past one year" .. who made such stupid rules . 😂.... Management, plz send me ur bank statement for one year and i will share mine .. 😂😂😂😂... Yet had a friend living inside, no proper maintenance, no proper management, no proper reply to ur requirements.. Al hamdulilah i am glad i didn't rent there ... And security deposit.. lol u will have to file a case to take it back .. so pathetic the greediness.. so pathetic how it is easy to eat other's money without even having the sense that one day they will die .. pathetic management...”

“Thanks to all these people who left a review on the management of this building. The reviews are quite accurate. The management team has a stupid process called profile approval. They will also ask the salary certificate, marriage certificate and the salary has a bracket in order for you to be a tent of this building. One thing I don’t understand is that, this is just a basic building in Sports city which has no community, green environment but with basic facilities (the gym is small with few equipments and the pool is smaller) & still you have to go through a silly process where there’s no such process in Dubai while a renting a property. Also the rent of the apartments is different in each floors for the same bedroom type. There is a bad smell on the corridor specially on the RC floor and the lift takes ages to come. People please be aware and think twice if you are going to rent an apartment in this building.”

“I wouldn't let a dog stay in the building. Horrid management. Fire alarm system doesn't work correctly and our sounds when smoke is detected in other apartments! The lifts do not work correctly. Security are poor and do not respond quickly when lift alarm goes off. Don't even ask about the build quality and leaks from sink piping. Joke of a building, joke of a security team, joke of a management team.”

“The owner of the building wants to make sure he only lets in families and to ensure that they ask for salary certificates, passports, EIDs, marriage certificates and so on. The owner wants to ensure that we can afford the rent. The rent of the apartment was based on the floor number, view and on so many stupid factors. Imagine a building which doesn't even have basic facilities like a kids play area and the requirements and the person who devised the process is one of the dumbest people. Thank God I found another better place than this horrible building.”
