“Nice community with Trump Golf Course which is for members Only. You can play golf by paying one time fees also... Community is very nice with good villas but it's little bit far from all amenities. MAYBE IN next 3 years it will populated. You can buy a property here as it's a freehold area.”

“Another lovely and quite area of Dubai.. Challenge I find is that without a car of your own, you will struggle as a resident... you are better off with Taxi in and Taxi Out. The bus system in and out is not as efficient as other areas like Motor City, JVC etc.”

“Beautiful villa community with peace and calm. Even the area is still being developed, but the way they made it green, is great. The facilities are managed superbly. I'll suggest to rent or own villa here.”
