What one reviewer said

“I just wanna say about my experience on this building. It’s really amazing appartments, I don’t know why this building don’t have 5star on review, but for me, I don’t have any kind of problem in this building, security is friendly, management is good, building also is perfect and quality as well, no cockroaches, I just only saw maybe 2 or 3 of them. Only one small things which is making annoying is AC, it’s very loud and not working properly, you cannot put one comfortable temperature. Or it will be cold or warm😅 Otherwise everything is good, I’m very happy to stay here in this building”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. “Xanadu Residence 2 - Review "An absolute masterpiece of a place! The architecture and luxury amenities here are simply top-notch. Here is what makes this property truly special:" Stunning Layout (Floors): The building features a well-structured design spanning from the Ground Floor up to the 3rd Floor, beautifully topped with an amazing Terrace. Fully-Equipped Gym: The fitness center is fantastic, offering 6+ treadmills along with a great selection of other workout and training equipment, including punching/striking gear for active fitness routines. Swimming Pools: The highlight of the property is its gorgeous swimming pool setup. Located right behind and above the fitness area, the multi-level pool design adds an extra touch of luxury and relaxation.”

“The apartments facing the roads are very noisy. You can here everything from outside even people just speaking loud. Be really aware of this. The sound proofing of the building overall is also very bad. You can here your neighbours turning on their TV or even using their vaccum cleaner. You will also hear everyone in the corridor as the doors are very thin as well. You will also hear noise from the water flowing in the pipes inside the wall/ceiling whenever your neighbor take a shower, Some ceiling/walls are not even straight, Overall the finishing is of low quality.”
