“This building have multiple shops for rental purposes for the ground floor and first floor that doesn’t have proper toilet facility also they are not following the Dubai municipality requirement that the public area should have toilet for each gender. It should be open always.”

“The BLS Centre is located in that building. Most people enter through the main gate because there are no proper signboards directing visitors to use a separate entrance for the BLS visa section. The security staff in the residence, a young man, behaved in a very unmannerly and unprofessional manner. The service was extremely poor and the overall experience was disappointing. Proper guidance boards and better customer handling by the security staff are highly needed.”

“Poor building quality and maintenance. The apartment has very poor isolation; whenever it rains, water gets inside. If you request maintenance, they don’t actually fix the root problem, they just cover it up temporarily. Parking is also a big issue. Even for a 3-bedroom apartment, they only provide one parking space, despite the basement being mostly empty. If you need an additional parking spot, they charge an unreasonable 10,000 AED per year!!”

“The building has leakage problem from ceiling to windows and no solution at all. We are currently living in 11th floor for almost two years now but every-time there's rain, our unit are leaking like hell. The office staffs only care about the payment but in terms of complaints they are just ignoring us. The maintenance team always did some repairs in our unit but they cannot fix the leakage problem instead its getting worst and worst.”
