Unhygienic communal areas and apartments themselves, and constant pest problems (cockroaches, ants, flies). There are ongoing maintenance issues that are not properly resolved, and problems are patched rather than fixed properly. During my tenancy, I dealt with repeated issues inside the apartment, including leaks from bathrooms and kitchen due to faulty or low quality piping systems, and AC-related problems, which caused significant disruption.
