“I spend a lot of time in these towers with clients and the service is consistently excellent. Reception, concierge, and security are respectful, fast, and detail focused. If you are considering a home or an investment here, you will feel the difference from the moment you arrive. Calm lobby, kind people, and smooth check in every visit. The buildings are spotless, the facilities are cared for, and the team knows how to look after residents and guests. A reliable choice in Downtown.”

“Overall, our stay at the hotel was good and everything else met our expectations in terms of cleanliness. However, our experience at the reception was very disappointing. The staff member on duty around 11:30 PM on Sunday, April 19 had a very poor attitude and was unprofessional in her behavior, which significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. We hope the management addresses this issue, as good customer service is extremely important.”

“Our stay at the residence was good but do not expect any services from them. As well our experience at the reception was very disappointing. The female staff member on duty around 11:30 AM on Sunday, April 19 had a very poor attitude and was unprofessional in her behavior, which significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. We hope the management addresses this issue, as good customer service is extremely important. I give 1 star for the location only.”

“I strongly advise future travelers to be extremely cautious when dealing with Address Residences Dubai Opera – Burj Khalifa. My experience was very concerning. After making a reservation through Booking.com, I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent the property. They instructed me to cancel my booking and then asked me to make a direct payment. Unfortunately, after following their instructions and completing the payment via Apple Pay, the situation became unclear and problematic. When I later contacted the property and requested clarification or a refund, I was told that the booking was non-refundable and that their finance team was “on holiday.” This response was extremely disappointing given the seriousness of the situation. This raises serious concerns about guest security, payment verification, and communication procedures. A property operating under such a well-known brand should have strict safeguards to prevent situations like this. At the very least, I expected the management to investigate the issue and provide a professional resolution. Instead, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. For this reason, I cannot recommend this property and I urge future guests to avoid making direct payments outside official booking platforms and to be very careful if contacted by anyone claiming to represent the hotel. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves their procedures to protect guests.”
