“I would like to bring to your attention i have bad experience with the receptionist Zeeshan Ali Unfortunately, he was not accommodating or helpful to the client even after we politely requested his assistance. His attitude was unkind which resulted in a very disappointing experience. Based on this experience i would give his service a zero star rating. Thank you”

“It is very clear that many of the 1-star reviews are written by people who completely misunderstood what this place is. This is a residential apartment building, not a hotel.
If you rented an apartment through a private owner or a holiday home company, then things like housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, extra services, and communication are the responsibility of the apartment owner or management company—not the building itself.
I keep seeing complaints such as “no daily housekeeping,” “no room service,” “no minibar refill,” or “poor hotel service.” Of course there isn’t. This is not a hotel. There is no hotel room service because this is a residential tower. Housekeeping is usually provided once a week, and some apartment owners even offer more frequent cleaning depending on the package they provide.
I also noticed complaints about parking. Every apartment is allocated one parking space, which is standard for many residential buildings. Again, this is a residential property, not a hotel with valet parking for unlimited guests.
As for the building itself, it is outstanding. The location is one of the biggest advantages—you are only moments away from the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and the heart of Downtown Dubai. The building is modern, well-maintained, secure, and offers excellent facilities. The views are spectacular, especially from the higher floors, and the overall atmosphere is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for both residents and longer stays.
In my opinion, this is one of the best residential buildings in the entire Downtown area. Many of the negative reviews are simply based on people expecting hotel services from a residential apartment building. If you understand what this property actually is, you’ll likely have a completely different experience.”

“I had a amazing stay at address residence Dubai opera the rooms were amazing, ok service, overall amazing. But the only problem I had is that when I use to sit down at the lobby, the amount of diffusers in the lobby was unbelievable so unbelievably that I couldn’t breath. every single plant had a diffuser and it was soooo much diffusers I couldn’t breath at all I had to wear a mask and diffusers are very bad for the lungs and for health so thats what I didn’t like about the address but there rest was amazing and you should definitely book your stay there so please try to remove the amount of diffusers in the lobby”

“If it were up to me, I wouldn't give them even a single star. The staff are uncooperative and their approach is terrible, I swear. I wish I could write what's really on my mind. I swear, on my last day they cancelled the rooms however they wanted and didn't return to them and didn't inform you, and every time they put the blame on booking. May God be my sufficiency against them.”
