“The room is fairly spacious, but don’t expect any assistance with maintenance. All minor repairs have to be done by ourselves. For building-related issues such as air conditioning, no one responds promptly. The watchman is unprofessional in handling maintenance matters. Car parking is extremely difficult, and there are no CCTV cameras. We have to take care of pest control on our own. The only advantage is that the building is located close to the park.”

“Rents are not too high. Spacious rooms though balcony is small. Small maintenance jobs have to be done by the tenant and this is already informed prior to the tenant signing the contract. Major maintenance is done by the landlord. I have been staying since the past 7 months and there has been no hassle. I have hardly noticed any pests in the passage. Watchman is old and has assistants and keeps it clean everyday. Tank cleaning was done about 3 months ago. Overall it is good.”

“Flat is good place for families, but when it comes to maintenance, they don't even provide basic services such as shattaf replacement, sink mixers, or shower mixers. We have to handle maintenance ourselves, including pest control, which should be provided to all flats at least once every six months. However, they don’t seem to care, so we arrange pest control for our flat every three months at our own expense. At the very least, they should take care of common areas, but even that is neglected. We have never seen any notice regarding water tank cleaning, so we have no idea when it was last done. Despite all this, they continue to increase the rent without providing even basic necessities."”

“Parking is so not user friendly and not enough space for parking watchman can't speak proper English and untidy. Far from bus stop and grocery the place is small and so hot area Manager is not considerate with its tenants and always comes late”
