“most of the tenants who are staying in this building they always keep on violating the rules. gas cylinders are not allowed in the building as there is centralized gas system but still tenants forcefully bring cylinders and creating danger to building. most of the tenants they create problems by parking in others parking slot and disturbing others. some tenants make the garbage room worst by dumping waste on floor and not putting in garbage chutes. As its owners association, owners giving flat on lease to baseless tenants who are making the building condition worst especially rani rani type team.”

“Building is pretty old, around 10 years may be, but compare to the other buildings in surroundings with the same age, this building maintenance is zero even though they are charging 11 AED Per Sq. Ft.”
