“I’ve been living in the property for over 20 years. Probably the oldest in the area and one of the oldest in Dubai, about 30 years! Spacious apartments with low noise, big rooms. Maintenance is not the best, water runs brown very often and wall tiles on the floors were not cleaned for those 30 years unfortunately. Lights often fused in corridors and stairway is unsafe due to several broken stairs which are not repaired. Garbage rooms smelly and often have cockroaches! Really low cleanliness standards. Otherwise great location and place to live if you keep your place clean and away from the mess around.”

“The Al Kawakeb building, are surprisingly not high rise buildings, situated just three buildings away from the Financial Centre metro station, flanked on both sides by massive high high rise buildings which are hotel appartments. The buildings have resident Appartments and a number of shops and restaurants and business establishments on the ground floor and the Al Maya super store across the road. From the looks, the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings could be better.”
