What one reviewer said

“My family and I have lived here since February month and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff, security staff and life guard here is pretty good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very poor cooperation and care for tenants. Always imposing bills, charges and other fee at their own consent and not listening to any request from the tenants. Avoid them totally even you are having some cheaper appartment from their side. No coperation, consideration and help for tenants.”
