Al Majara is a development of three towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The towers are Al Majara 1, Al Majara 2 and Al Majara 3, the tallest of them 35 storeys. DMCC Metro station is a 5-minute walk, and the Jumeirah Lakes Towers tram stop is 3 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 170 places to eat, 27 shops and 15 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 113k a year for a 1 bed.

“Feedback as a visitor: This building, located at the peak of the marina, is an impressive complex with five blocks. One of the standout features is its ample parking slots for visitors, which is a rare find in the often congested marina area. The community's warm hospitality extends to visitors, making it an inviting place even for those just passing through for a party or event.
The buildings are well-maintained, and the views are spectacular. Almost all the rooms offer excellent vistas of the marina walk, enhancing the overall living experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the marina lifestyle with convenience and comfort.”

“The complex itself, the apartments, and general maintenance are very good and make a pleasant impression. However, there are several serious drawbacks: 1) Doors seem to be made of cardboard - you can hear everything whispered on the stairs. You have to hope for quiet neighbors. 2) Pool and gym are shared by 5 (!) buildings! Accordingly, there are many more people there than usual. While in many lower-class buildings, the pool and gym serve one building. The developer turned out to be very greedy. 3) The pool opens at 7, not 6 like the neighbors. And of course the pool itself is quite small, neighbors across the road have a bigger one. 4) Children's pool is 1.07 meters deep - completely unsuitable for my 3-year-old children, basically there is no pool. 5) In the complex there is one shabby hamam, which doesn't work most of the time. No sauna at all. Apparently the developer wanted to maximize the location - it is indeed very convenient - while economizing on other amenities. If I had the choice, I would take a different complex.”

“This building might be the worst Emaar that you could ever find. Never ending maintenance, renovations of apartments, too much noise, broken elevators, weak ac structure.. the apartment itself is really old and if the one you are looking for is not well maintained, you have to deal with it alot. It doesnt give Emaar sense since my first day here. Before moving here, think twice.”

“One of the best properties in Dubai Marina, developed by Emaar. There are many amenities, a fully equipped gym, steam room and sauna, a nice and big swimming pool, facing the harbor. Kids play area, conference room, reception with security, nice landscaping and guest parking.”
