“Maintenance is questionable. April 2024 during floods ground floor was flooded causing property damage and vehicle damage to all tenants. Al thammam 10, 12, 14, 16 are all high risk buildings during heavy rains. A/C in hallways does not work.”

“Imagine waking up at 8 AM on a holiday to this terrifying noise and music. You think maybe it's something in any house and you wait for it to stop, but it doesn't. You go out and find security ringing doorbells at apartments where there's no one home or people are traveling. You find neighbors coming out terrified, and children who were so startled by being woken to this noise that they threw up. Even though we're adults and not easily scared, we endured three hours of this noise that gave us headaches. When we told them to stop the noise, security says 'this is a system, we have nothing to do with it' — meaning WE caused the headaches but we have nothing to do with it? Even if OUR heads hurt, we have nothing to do with it? This is a unique building and its management is uniquely bad. It doesn't even have cameras — not in the hallways or parking lot. If someone hits your car, complain to God because there's no building camera. It's really a masterpiece of a building and the management is a masterpiece too — the worst thing is the complete lack of order. Even the security — they brought one security guard for us between two buildings. Sometimes you find a security guard, sometimes you don't in 10 attempts. Bravo — the strangest management I've ever seen in my life.”

“One of the best place to live in Dubai if you have small kids. Lot of places for children to play safely . Al thamam 59 is just 2 mins walk from Carrefore and mosque 🕌. And 1 min walk from bus stop.”

“Thamam 20 is located on the inner circle facing the Remraam ground which is awesome if you like long running and cycling. The grass meadows are located behind the building if you want some fresh air in the evening.”
