Belgravia Heights is a development of four towers in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The towers are Belgravia Heights 1, Belgravia Heights 2, Belgravia Heights I and Belgravia Heights II, the tallest of them 22 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2018. It has 4 lifts. There is a swimming pool. Within 800 metres there are 7 shops, 7 parks and gyms and 4 places to eat. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 56k a year for a studio.

“I was there to make an enquiry and probably find an apartment in height 1 but I was not impressed with the concierge at all. He was very unprofessional and rude, he was on his phone maybe playing games while I waited until he was done. Regardless it’s a nice place but professional employees and people with positive attitudes should be encouraged especially the reception because that’s the first impression of the house.”

“So far so good! Staff is very nice and attentive. The building itself is smartly designed and clearly better quality than other buildings in this area. Our apartment has a lot of storage space, which is a MUST for me. The only thing was, the fire alarm went off few times out of hours (8pm, 6am). The other times it’s the scheduled simulations (obviously I’m glad they do it). It’s just frustrating when it’s not scheduled, as I work from home and have an issue with unexpected loud noises.”
