“A pristine, Grade A corporate destination right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, directly opposite Dubai Mall (Fashion Avenue). The building features sleek modern architecture, well-maintained interiors, and top-tier facilities including a Starbucks, supermarket, and chic retail spaces nearby. Beyond being a prestigious office hub, it’s a wonderful spot for photos! The central fountain is a real eye-catcher, and the complex offers fantastic, clear views of the Burj Khalifa. Great European/North American plaza feel, especially for an evening walk. Highly recommended whether you're working here or visiting.”
