Burj Residences is a development of nine towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai. There is a gym. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station is a 14-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 2 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 110 places to eat, 10 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable.

“The area is good. Building is part of 9 towers, just opposite burj khalifa. It has best views of burj khalifa. The building itself looks a bit old from inside. The elevators dont look modern. Staff and security very helpful, especially the reception. It's a residential building with many apartments managed by holiday homes operators. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space”

“We have communicated the security check in person name Imran on our arrival however after arriving on time he is not the property and we have to wait in the reception for the keys and everytime we call 5mins is the answer he took 45mins arrive to hand over the keys. Perhaps the management should consider to replacing this person get the right customer service to the profile who paid the service. Person name is IMRAN”

“I lived in Tower 5 for an Elite Royal property of the most beautiful apartments in Dubai. An integrated apartment overlooking the fountain and Burj Khalifa as well as a good reception from Ms. Cherry and her respected staff”

“No care is taken on cleanliness, AC on the elevator lobby always weak and not working properly, even the gym AC is switched on one side and off the other side. And no matter how many times you complain nothing is done. I wonder how this is an Emaar building in Downtown!”

“I went to the building to deliver a gift bag to a resident, but the receptionist, Altaf, was extremely rude. Despite explaining that it was a special order for a client, he rudely refused to accept it at the beginning and was very loud and insinuating. When I asked for a paper to write my client's name, he made inappropriate remarks about women. His disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism were appalling, and I left feeling angry and disappointed. A d when I asked for his name he started talking in a quiet voice and I couldn't hear it had to ask 3 times to hear it so he knew he did a mistake. I would not recommend anyone to live in a place where such disrespectful customer service is tolerated.”

“Honestly, the location, cleanliness, design, taste, and price—everything was amazing. A residential apartment of 5 bedrooms + living room + small children's room. Direct view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain. I sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the dancing fountain and the tower. They even provide PlayStation. The location and housing are perfect. Thank you very much Serine for your excellent reception and professional dealing, and thanks to all the staff. Thanks Serine✨️”
