Burj Vista is a development of four towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai, with 538 apartments between them. The towers are Burj Vista - Downtown - Emaar, Burj Vista Tower 1, Burj Vista Tower 1 By Emaar and Burj Vista Tower 2. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2013. Nine lifts serve them, roughly 60 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, about 4 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 12 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 64 places to eat, 9 shops and 5 pharmacies and clinics. Registered rents start around AED 135k a year for a 1 bed.

“I’ve stayed here in 2022 and also in 2025, amazing views on Burj Khalifa, Dubai Downtown and Skyline. Outstanding balconies, very good swimming pool, gym and reception staff, parking is well organized and clean, fast elevators/ lifts, on Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard, a lot of nearby shops, walkways and scooters to rent, grocery in ground floor just walking distance, also coffee shops & restaurants, connected with a bridge to The Dubai Mall! Excellent choice for vacation.”

“I'm here at the world's tallest tower, let's go, here we go, ate a Vietnamese pho next to it, the taste was just so-so, took a photo, parking is a problem, you could consider parking on the street where the Castello restaurant is, and grab a meal there too, then walk through the metro passage, takes about 5 minutes to get in (very local authentic tube) to Dubai Mall.”

“amazinggg stay. we stayed here for the new years and booked a whole unit 3 bedroom apartment, the location was perfect with a very fair price and there was great costumer service over all i’m very pleased and will revisit and recommend it for all”

“The tower is wonderful, distinguished by a wonderful view of Burj Khalifa. You can go to Dubai Mall very easily via the bridge. Its location is excellent.”

“One of the most beautiful places and views in Dubai.. beautiful, clean, organized and elegant on the 57th floor overlooking Burj Khalifa. All services are around you and we go to Dubai Mall on foot or through a corridor that connects the hotel to the mall directly. I thank the person responsible for the apartment, Mahmoud, for his professionalism and high expertise and quick response. I would repeat this experience a thousand times 😍”
