“Visiting insurance company. Security on the entrance asked for my Emirates ID, when I ask them how this could be legal to hold someones original documents in public spaces, on the shelves where dozens people passing. Answer of the security was careless and he said he doesn't care, if I will not give my documents, then I will not enter. I've asked him for name, because as security should be at least tell me who he is who holds my document and he's answer was that he will not give any name to me. Very rude people...”

“A very bad experience with the security because of his neglected action. Before entering to the elevator you have to go to the security and give your ID then they will keep it and they will give you an access card. When I finish what I need to do, I went down and head to the security and give the access card so I can get my ID back, but it was a different security now sitting there. He checked where the ID kept and cannot found my ID saying that it got switched to and was given to a different person which is a Guy when he check the access cards, because I was holding the access Card 21 and my ID was gone already there. How could you give an ID with an image of a woman to a guy?! Because of the security's neglected action I don't have my ID now, And I've been trying to contact this one Yaseen a Security also there to give the contact of this person that got my ID but all his been saying is the person will bring my ID etc etc but all I need is to have the contact of the person that got my ID. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone again. This is such a bad experience especially ID is very important here in Dubai.”
