About Claren

Claren is a development of three towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai, with 62 apartments between them. The towers are Claren 1, Claren 2 and Claren Tower - Downtown - Emaar, the tallest of them 23 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2009. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Business Bay, about 14 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 4 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 78 places to eat, 10 parks and gyms and 9 shops. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 74k a year for a studio.

“I was doing nothing but fixing my bike, when a security guy came to me and asked me in a rude way to move, he asked me for my apartment number like if it was important, I couldnt get his name, as a tenant i felt discriminated, i almost got kicked out of my own apartment”

“We stayed in an apartment inside Cleren 1 tower, and it was a distinctive experience in every way. The apartment is elegant and comfortable, with a modern design that brings about comfort. Among its most prominent features is its proximity to Muhammad Bin Rashid Boulevard, which added a vibrant character to the stay and made it easy to access the most beautiful places in Dubai. 👍”

“Never rent or buy anything there. Old air conditioning, absolutely obnoxious and hostile security staff, and a very loud restaurant downstairs which plays music outdoor everyday until 1am. Filed multiple complaints with property manager, concierge, authorities but nobody can do anything about it!!!!”
