Downtown Views is a development of two towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The towers are Downtown Views I and Downtown Views II, the tallest of them 69 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2016. It has 9 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station is a 14-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 1 tram stop is 11 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 63 places to eat, 4 shops and 2 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 128k a year for a 1 bed.

“I would like to express my great admiration for this unique building. From the very first moment you see it, you can’t help but stop and appreciate the beauty of its architectural design. The tower is conveniently connected to Dubai Mall through a pedestrian bridge from the opposite side, making access very easy. The place is calm, the view is wonderful, and it offers all the essential facilities you could need.”

“The property is beautiful, but it is a residential building that also accommodates short-term holiday rentals. As a result, there are constant strangers entering and exiting the building, which can be inconvenient for long-term residents and gives it more of a hotel feel. Separate entrances for residents and holiday guests would have made this much more comfortable.”

“Strange behavior from the building security tonight. The ones with white clothes,. I was with my wife taking pictures for Valentine’s Day on the first-floor terrace and garden area at around 10:00 at night. Some guy from I think from Pakistan or india came and asked us to live and said the garden is closed. I didn’t understand if it’s normally not allowed to be at the terrace after 10:00 or what. I understand that the swimming pool is closed at night, but some people want to walk at night since the building has an amazing walkway and walking areas with Burj Khalifa views. Good building but the security guards are annoying. The reception guys are good and polites”
