“Everything in the apartment is fine but only the attitude of the day shift security guard, not respecting the residents in the building, always connected to the speakerphone to make phone calls, watch news. that makes me feel very uncomfortable and upset. 😠”

“A well maintained apartment building at Queue Point. Regular security, proper grooming of surroundings, security personnel on the premises 24hr. Organized parking and close to Bluemart supermarket.”

“Was there for viewing the apartment to buy. Unit was good, but we didnt take because entrance & lobby area is not presentable. And another big minus- bldg doesnt provide cover parking. Even there is in-charge "building owners assosiation", but surprisly noone care about it. If bldg is occupied 2+ years ago- they could arrange some cover for cars. Seems like even Owners Assosiation doesnt care about bldg & common area.”

“This area is still young. Was living there for one year and I couldn't anymore. No services like supermarket or laundry! No covered parking.. during summer time your car is under the direct sun over 45/50 degrees Celsius..”
