Frankfurt Sports is a development of three towers in Dubai Sports City, Dubai, with 142 apartments between them. The towers are Frankfurt Sports Tower, Frankfurt Sports Tower I and Frankfurt Tower, the tallest of them 14 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2010. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Within 800 metres there are 5 places to eat and 1 shop. On foot it rates as mostly car-dependent. Registered rents start around AED 41k a year for a studio.

“This is the worst building management I have experienced in the UAE. No action is ever taken. I have repeatedly reported someone parking in my assigned space. I have already complained to the police and building security, but all I receive are vague responses like “Inshallah” and meaningless explanations, with no resolution.”

“If there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it to this building. It's a monster building with no reception service, the building is under maintenance, the elevator smells disgusting, the service is terrible, and the management is poor. An experience that will not be repeated even if it were free. I asked to leave from the first day and stay only one day, but they refused. You want to know how bad they are? When you pay, the money is not refunded. A friendly piece of advice: beware of this accommodation. Even if this is the only place left in Dubai, don't stay here.”

“As of April 2025... - The pool doesn't have water (and there's no indication it changes anytime soon). - The fire alarm goes off several times a week (I've just enjoyed it triggering a third time in the past hour - if one day the building will actually catch fire, nobody would believe the alarm, I'm sure). - Garbage chutes are getting clogged from time to time, and the janitor used to have an amazing habit of cleaning them out at 7 AM with sounds like they are hammering some metal. - One of the elevators makes a screeching noise, and the soundproofing of the units is not very good so I can hear that perfectly. - The maintenance overall isn't the best: the outer fence is partly in decay (even after it has been renovated just a few months back); the gym is... disappointing; the front door security lock is not working; people keep honking in front of the gate to get inside (I would love to see a sign prompting not to do that). On the positive side: the building security team is friendly and helpful, and the rent price is lower than competitors. Building management is probably trying to get the building better: they changed couches in the lobby, renovated the fence and the entrance pavement a bit, carry out pest control from time to time etc. So, the building is overall okay for the discounted rent price. However, I have a strong feeling that the amount of maintenance is simply not enough to keep up with the building decay unfortunately. Hope it changes for the better one day, and the residents will be able to go to the roof pool and enjoy the proper gym.”
