Golden Mile is a development of nine towers in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. IFA Hotels & Resorts and Nakheel PJSC completed it in 2009. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The nearest Metro is Al Fardan Exchange, about 30 minutes on foot, with the Palm Jumeirah tram stop 18 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 26 places to eat, 5 parks and gyms and 2 shops. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 135k a year for a 1 bed.

“Golden mile Galleria is supposed to be indoor dog freindly but the security team is very unwelcoming to those who have dogs. They are really disrespectful and always judge you if you walk with your dog. Don't mention it's a dog freindly place and the security is not welcoming dogs and always judging those who come with their dogs. I have told them the same and they response was that "Yes next time we shouldn't allow dogs here".”

“I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this building. The property is consistently dirty, and cockroaches are regularly seen throughout the premises, which indicates serious sanitation issues and a lack of proper management oversight. Cleaning appears to be done only for appearances. The floors are rarely cleaned, if at all. The cleaning machine is driven around the parking area, but the brushes are not even lowered to the ground, meaning no actual cleaning is taking place. The area surrounding the building is also in very poor condition. The street and adjacent areas are extremely dirty, with dust clumps, debris, and dirt scattered around and often left unattended for long periods. It gives the impression that there is little to no regular maintenance of the property. Residents pay substantial service fees, yet the quality of maintenance and cleanliness is far below an acceptable standard. Management should urgently address the sanitation issues, improve pest control, and ensure that both the building and surrounding areas are properly maintained.”

“We stayed at this building on Palm Jumeirah via Airbnb. Overall, the apartment itself met expectations, however the check-in experience was quite challenging. Upon arrival, we experienced a significant delay at the security desk. Despite providing our Emirates IDs in person and having all required documents shared in advance by the host with building management, access approval took approximately one hour. During this time, security informed us that they were still "verifying" the details. Our host confirmed that all information had already been submitted in advance, yet the process did not move forward for quite some time. This delay impacted our schedule, as we had important commitments and expected a smoother check-in process given that all requirements had been fulfilled beforehand. Eventually, access was granted without any additional issues, which suggests that everything was in order from the beginning. We hope the building management can improve coordination and response time at the security desk to ensure a more efficient arrival experience for future guests.”
