“I would not recommend buying from Golden Woods Development. I purchased my apartment based on the developer’s commitment that handover would take place by the end of 2025. I paid the full purchase price, yet we are now well into July 2026 and I still have not received my apartment. What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper communication. Instead of answering my formal complaint, the company simply sent another generic construction progress report without addressing any of my questions. I requested: * A confirmed final handover date. * A clear explanation for the delay. * The company’s official position regarding compensation for the significant delay. None of these questions were answered. A responsible developer should communicate honestly with its buyers and honor its contractual commitments. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope the company starts treating its customers with the professionalism they deserve.”
