“sukhjeet singh is not just wonderful person but the most helpful guy. even after his working hours he has helped us. going out of his ways to give the best service. a very down to earth person tried to resolve the issue instantly without escalating it to the involvement from outside. there was this 1 time where our a/c was not working and he went out of his way around 10 at night to find a solution. thank fully it was resolved and we had a peaceful night in these summer heat waves. thank you to the management for keeping such a person and providing such fast services .”

“Worst Living Experience – Avoid This Building If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most disgusting building I have ever had to live in Dubai. The parking situation is a nightmare—poorly designed, with an extremely narrow corridor leading to the upper levels. If you have a longer car, expect to struggle with multiple maneuvers. And if you're a woman, good luck—management refuses to allocate even a single convenient parking space for women downstairs, which is reserved for men and the owner, who takes up multiple spots. On top of that, the hygiene is terrible. The showers often stink of sewage, likely due to a poorly installed drainage system. The management is unhelpful and refuses to improve the situation. Overall, this building is a complete disaster. Stay away unless you want daily frustration and discomfort.”

““One of the worst companies in terms of maintenance. When you move out, they charge you a large amount from the deposit, claiming it’s for building or apartment maintenance. The apartments are in terrible condition, with many issues such as cockroaches, and the overall situation is very poor.””

“A wonderful building with great attention to detail. There is no humidity at all, the quality of the cabinets and apartment fixtures are excellent, and maintenance is fast. Unfortunately I will move out because I can't afford the new rent, but I strongly recommend everyone to live in this building.”
