“Worst experience so far living in Lago Vista. I have made my decision to live here based on Aminities and so far it always has been bad experience with them. Tennis court always booked for entire month and court is empty most of the time and it will not allow you to book new. Indoor play area is close and under maintenance since March. Steam room (Sauna) is under maintenance more than 1 month. Swimming pool is very dirty and I have never seen it being cleaned properly. Most of the Security team and even supervisor is with bad attitude. I have tried to speak to security and supervisor about the tennis courts being fully booked but no body is playing and I have asked for a key to play they didnt give and tennis court was empty between 7pm to 10pm but still security and supervisor refused to give the key. Security team and supervisor has his favorite people because he always allows certain people to play even they dont have any booking. Lago management team Please look in to this issue otherwise tenants will start to move out. Please speak to security team and supervisor to be fair with everyone and stop having favorite people and treat everyone same and with proper attitude. Add option to the application to have access for security to check who booked the Aminities and also to have contact number of tenants so if they dont come even after booking other people can use.”

“Create the summer space for kids to play, instead of telling us to not let them play in corridors of facilities area!!! We can't lock them at home, have some sense u r in Dubai and it can reach very high temperatures in Summer, we are working people and we can't take kids out if city for entire summer!!! U want to be family community so support the families who pay u money! Huge space and zero indoor play area!!!! Shame!!!!”

“The management getting lots of negative reviews about security then why didn’t take action against them they are always rude. And the parking security makes worse traffic. Loams the luxury management = they didn’t even manage their security staffs”

“Great location, easy in and out of the community. Lots of commercial establishments on the ground floor. Lively community. Great amenities with very large pool, barbecue area, kids playground, gym and sauna in the P1. Visitors parking is available in P3 for a fee. So, overall excellent place to live. Been here for 6 years❤️”
