“Own and live in this place for 2 years now. Management gets issues resolved quicker than other buildings I've lived in (8 years in DSO now). Security team is friendly and helpful. AC bill is usually ~600 in summer for my 1BHK, but don't face any cooling issues. Currently lack decent play area for my kid, but working with management to get that done as well. My neighbors are quite nice and friendly on the 6th floor. Lift & other amenities are quite good. Pest control (building+inside apartment) and facade cleaning is done every 6 months by building management. “it was really hard to solve our problem in dealing with building management for unit 614 Lavista 3. Intercom not working for almost 3 weeks without any help from building management. useless to report such issue. now we are in process to file a case in land department against building management. It was really bad experience.”

““NO SENSOR IN ELEVATOR”. This happened to me today, my hand was stuck and unlike most elevators , it didn’t act like opening the door, it just closed the doors, for god fortunate i was able to touch the open door sign and able to open it, else i would have gone / died today. This is unimaginable, how this expensive of an apartment has no sensor to poor sensor systems, where even the basic buildings would have. THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE NOTICE OF DUBAI GOVERNMENT/ respective officials. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE”

“Old building , you will experience paying extremely the highest bills of DEWA because of old AC equipments, I lived in one bedroom and used to pay an average of 850 monthly which is very high comparing to other buildings in the neighborhood. Apartments are not well maintained, it looks at the first impression in good condition however when you start living you will notice the low quality of maintainnace and definitely no sound proof as you can hear the steps of the neighbors who are living in next floor or next door If you have to rent there you have to know that security is the management representative and it is useless to get in touch with management who are not cooperative at all , if you are in good relation with security you will have a quiet life in the building and vice versa 🤪”
