About Le Presidium

Le Presidium is a development of two towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, with 99 apartments between them. The towers are Le Presidium 1 and Le Presidium 2, the tallest of them 12 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2015. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. واحة دبي السيليكون Metro station is a 20-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 61 places to eat, 18 shops and 13 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 56k a year for a 1 bed.

“Best place for family. lots of kids. They have a good small well maintained park for young kids. Swimming pool is covered so can be used any time of the year. It is not very deep so good for kids as well. It also has a lifeguard. Gym is well equipped. Can be accessed any time of the day. The building has a pharmacy and specs shop on the ground floor. Grocery shop in the adjacent bldg with 24 hrs delivery. Health hub clinic is at walking distance. DSO central mall is just across the road. There are big list of restaurants at walking distance. Vasanta Bhavan, Govindas, Pappas Roti, Starbucks, raju omlet, barbeque nations, Fotno, China Bistro, Friends Aclvenue, WeAsia food hall, Asli Beirut,…”

“Best place for family. lots of kids. They have a good small well maintained park for young kids. Swimming pool is covered so can be used any time of the year. It is not very deep so good for kids as well. It also has a lifeguard. Gym is well equipped. Can be accessed any time of the day. The building has a pharmacy and specs shop on the ground floor. Grocery shop in the adjacent bldg with 24 hrs delivery. Health hub clinic is at walking distance. DSO central mall is just across the road. There are big list of restaurants at walking distance. Vasanta Bhavan, Govindas, Pappas Roti, Starbucks, raju omlet, barbeque nations, Fotno, China Bistro, Friends Aclvenue, WeAsia food hall, Asli Beirut, Bosporus, etc etc. UFC gym is also in the mall beside many gyms nearby. All most all the festivals are celebrated. From Halloween to Diwali to Eid to Christmas. Very vibrant atmosphere”

“Well… if you don’t mind loud neighbours who love to party on the balcony for the whole night shouting and listening to the music that loud that you wake up and wonder if you are at the disco in Lagos, if you don’t mind kids biking in the corridor ( loud and scary as hell, if you watched The Shining or the Omen you know what I mean) , if you don’t mind cockroaches in every corner( even scarier than the kids), unprofessional security who don’t speak proper English, and what’s the most important if you don’t mind dealing with scammers like VAMM - it’s a place for you. Btw VAMM rented us a flat where one washbasin turned out to have a whole in the sink that was sealed. Of course it started to leak after short time and they deducted a few hundred dirhams from our deposit. It’s just one of many examples.”

“Not a good place to live for Europeans. It’s often very loud, there are cockroaches in the building and unprofessional security. Be careful when dealing with VAMM group - they will do everything to take your money. What’s more they’re just racist.”

“Two pharmacies in the building,Carrefour and green in adjacent buildings,upcoming mall across the road, nice play area for kids.. The only downside is the pool isn’t fully open, and no kids pool.”
