“Right at the bus stop and is very convenient. Very nice views and balcony. Also next to the huge SIT tower. Very well maintained.”

“This building has all one bedrooms except two flats in each floor which has double huge space and can be used as an extra room. Its easily accessible from 311 and E66. And comparatively less traffic to and from Downtown in the peak time. Enough car parking in the ground floor with which not all are covered. Drawback is that there is no kids play area within itself as this is a completely family building. There is a well maintained Gym with enough equipment and a small pool on the roof. The pool depth throughout is 1.6m which is not friendly for kids and non swimmers and is not covered so less privacy as the other high rise buildings are overlooking to the pool. And no covered shower/changing room for ladies. Since its so sunny in the day time, its very hard to keep your eyes open as there is no shade for the pool. There is an attentive security and a manager available all the time.”
