“Place is very old smelly drains that never goes away cockroach everywhere even in the fridge the whole building smells old and moisture the gym has a sting smell of moisture in general it’s not comfortable parking has pigeons night stay they poop on your car every night you need to keep washing your car”

“I booked this place in Dubai for my convocation ceremony from WestFord University with my Mum. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, had a nice neighborhood view, and was well-maintained. The pool and the gym were available, but I didn't have the time to use it. I hope next time I can use the facilities. The location is quite far from the city center, and you’ll need to drive if you are living in this area temporarily. Taxi and Ubers are available if you have the App. They have Lulu supermarket 5-10 min drive from the apartment and a 5 min drive to the grocery store. Security at the reception was friendly and always smiling. Enough parking spaces if you are driving or on a rental. It's a 10-15 min drive from Dubai Expo and 20-25 min to Discovery Gardens and Marina. If I would be looking for a place to stay in Dubai. I would select this location again. Well done to the team at Frank Porter-Majestic Residence 2.”
