Marina Diamond is a development of four towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The towers are Marina Diamond 1, Marina Diamond 2, Marina Diamond 3 and Marina Diamond 4, the tallest of them 15 storeys. Diamond Investments completed it in 2010. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The nearest Metro is Sobha Realty, about 3 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Marina tram stop 1 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 123 places to eat, 34 shops and 22 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 60k a year for a studio.

What’s more frustrating is that I’m not the only one experiencing this — several residents have raised similar complaints, so this is clearly an ongoing issue that management should address.
Living in a building should feel comfortable and supported, not stressful every time you interact with security.”

“Very bad behaviour of security staff with holidays home management companies. I guess they are doing it for money. We are management properties in same building. Security guard behave like he is owner of the building. I have check in today but I dont have access card because we didn't received by the owner. They don't give me access in the parking. They know me very well but still doing drama. Some how I get to parking. I use stairs to go up. They put blame on me that I open the door forcefully. He was also there in the parking. Then they complain to my company. How stupid they are. Shame on you security of diamond 3. Your here to guide the guest and corporate with holidays homes management companies.”

“One of the best buildings in Dubai Marina as has great location nice building and excellent staff neighbors. It is just a few steps from Metro, Tram, Marina Walk .. wow talk about location location…Facilities are great.. very hard to find units for sale or rental has high demand.”

“So I have been residing in MD3 past 5 years and 17 in Dubai. So the building location is superb. The building has been refurbished recently and it’s a wow. The security guys are so cooperative, supportive, alert and ensuring the safety of its residents and guests. The pool attendant/ life guard is another gem and a nice human being. The maintenace staff are always on their toes, house keeping, cleaning and always keeping the building in order. They keep cleaning the water tanks, corridor, pool area, parking, gas maintenance, fire fighting and glass cleaning on regular basis and it’s always happening through out the year without disrupting the flow of gas, water or electricity.”

“best location near all transport, metro, tram, bus bicycle rentals etc.. near all attractions marina walk( best restaurants, marina etc) mall, entertainment location is unbelievable. excellent building with great staff ,safety, security clean/health.. mostly refurbished.. excellent staff and neighbors! if you can find apartment for sale or rent get it.. great value.”

“Today 04 July 2025 at 6:50am a tall African security guard from the night shift behaved so inappropriately. He yelled at a woman and threw her ID on the floor.
When she said she would call the police he said he dont care.
I think people like that should not work at the reception desk. It is dangerous for people!!!!
Management please pay attention to this matter.
You hire tall big guys as security to protect, not to keep people in danger!!!!!”

“Nice building, premium location, smazing neatness and respectfull security staff.
But 🤚you have to wake up at 10 am even if you do night shift, since noises of drilling, demolishing and diggig are there 365 days a year. I've been living there since 2022 and i've never slept till 10:05 am 😂😂 all apartments are being renovated. Good luck”
