“The building itself is ok, with a good view on the marina, but the problem is with the management of the building who keep making arbitrary decisions regarding the usage of the gym and pool, preventing use of gym after 11 PM till 6 AM as if they have an employee working in the gym itself! They made another rule to prevent personal trainer from entering the building, although they dont use any equipment. There was also a water problem because of unpaid pills which resulted in cutting water for all residents, punishing all residence for the mistake of few!”

“Living in Dubai Marina for over 10 years and that's the worst building so far. 1- Continuous metal clinking noise from the windows (my apartment is front view) and I was told by the maintenance team that it can't be fixed and it's all over the building from that side as the metal expands by the sun heat, also they said it stops in winter for a couple of months, yet didn't stop till this moment and I have to sleep every night with ear plugs. Unfortunately the real estate agency was dishonest and didn't share that fact with me begore renting. 2- Multiple issues with the AC functionality as well as billing, for the first time in 10 years I'm paying an average of AED1000 monthly for cooling in a 1BR apartment, addressed that multiple times with building management and maintenance and there is no solution till date, I must say that I barely use AC and when I do it's set to 24C. 3- Multiple leakges from the ceiling, as per the maintenance team it's due to the old worn out insulation of pipes as the building is really old. 4- Extremely low water pressure (almost no pressure) in master bathroom, had it checked multiple times yet the maintenance team informed me that it can't be fixed as it's an old building and the pipes could be blocked anywhere, therefore they have to break the whole wall to check and they still might be unable to fix it. 5- I wanted to rate it only 1 star but the second star was only given as the building is pets friendly and in my opinion that is the only good thing about it. EDIT: I mentioned that I didn't know about the continuous noise from building metal front, I must say that I rented it through the agency downstairs which mislead me and didn't tell me about this fact before I rent.”

“Pros: the building is clean, no cockroaches noticed. A decent pool. The gym is small, but I'm not lowering the rating for that. The main downside that makes it difficult to be here: the fire alarm goes off regularly several times a week. It interferes with work in the middle of the day, wakes you at 4 am, the sound is so piercing that it's impossible not to react.”
