“I stayed in Marina Wharf II during my last visits in November 2025 and the building is clean, new, well curated and well located. The guys are the reception were helpful. The occupant base seemed to be international and it’s super easy to get to the marina or the beach for a nice walk, food or outing. Many nice places around, gyms, grocery shops, playgrounds for kids etc. really nice!”

“Been living in the building for 6 years. Great security/management descent facilities and close proximity to beach right on the marina 99% of bad reviews are rating a hair salon / Airbnb experience that has nothing to do with the building :)”

“I rented an apartment. Wonderful. It's very smooth & easy deal 🤝 Two entrances one is from main road the other is direct entrance from Marina Walk which is amazing 🤩 and it's Near Tram station station ( Jumeirah 2 )”

“We stay here as a family and had a great 10 day holiday. It is the best possible position 2 minutes from JBR, on Dubai Marina and a 5 minute walk from the monorail. Friendly staff, a great host at the apartment who is extremely knowledgeable and attentive for anything you may need. I highly recommend booking an apartment in the property.”

“I recently visited Marina Wharf II for a viewing and was impressed with the location. It’s only a 3-minute walk to the beach and has direct access to Marina Walk. Right next to the tower there is a tram station, making it very easy to reach Marina Mall and the metro. The building itself is in good condition, and it’s clear that the management company is doing a solid job maintaining the property. Overall, a very convenient and well-kept place in a prime spot.”
