Oasis Tower is a development of three towers in Dubai Sports City, Dubai. The towers are Oasis Tower 1, Oasis Tower 2 and Oasis Tower One, the tallest of them 23 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2009. It has 3 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Within 800 metres there are 4 places to eat, 3 shops and 3 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 43k a year for a studio.

“I lived there for a year. The building is clean. The fire alarm is very disturbing. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom wardrobe is very small. The bus stop is just underneath the building which make it convenient if you don’t have a car however during rush hour the bus is always overloaded. The supermarkets underneath are very convenient and useful. Mohamed Fazel from the maintenance team is amazing and very helpful. The gym is decent, pool is not covered so if you decide to go up you will toast 😅.”

“As someone working in the real estate industry myself, I know that every client and every phone call matters. Unfortunately, this agency failed to show even the most basic standard of professionalism. Despite a listing showing the property as available, I traveled all the way from Sharjah to Dubai Sports City for a viewing, only to be told on arrival that it was fully booked and unavailable. To make matters worse, I waited at the property for an entire hour while attempting to contact multiple agents from the company. Not a single person answered or had the courtesy to return my calls or text messages—even a simple heads-up would have saved me a wasted trip and valuable time With my move just 10 days away, this kind of unreliability is entirely unacceptable. Pathetic management and poor customer service. If the listing is not available remove it Why waste people's time and efforts and giving hopes because the units that I was looking at was all well within my budget. So any client would do it's best to lock in the unit before anyone else gets it. I really wish I had could give - review for the agency involved in working this unit”

“Nice building with a convenient location. We lived there for 2 years. It was amazing to have the supermarket on the ground floor. And the bus stop close to the entrance. The view on the water is a plus as well as the running track.”

“Horrible management, the air-conditioner don't work. And no one will do anything about it. Fire alarm would go off at 3am and you'll wake up with your heart in your throat. The walls are too thin, you might enjoy your neighbours music if you're taste match. The only good thing is that there are 2 supermarkets”

“A great place to live in Dubai. Building is well maintained and clean and is always quiet. Apartments are very spacious with amazing layout. Spacious kitchen and wardrobes. The biggest and the only drawback is the sound of fire alarm which is very scary and dreadful.”
