“Hi just shifted here few months back.. Overall building is nice but new staff is so irresponsible. They do not clean the building properly . Dustbins of parking areas are so dirty and full of Stains.. Staff has no experience to fix the things.. And most Important no life guard available for swim zone..”

“I have almost stayed here for 2 years, it was a wonderfull experience and landlord and maintenance was also fantastic. I am taking small break when i come back i would try to get a room here, i would highly recommend this building for anyone”

“On the positive side, the building itself is remarkable, and the management is efficient. However, there’s an unfortunate downside: a foul smell occasionally permeates the area. It’s quite easy to access the house either through the balcony or the air conditioner. But here’s the catch: sometimes, I can’t fully enjoy the balcony due to those unpleasant odors lingering around. It almost feels impossible to savor the outdoor space when those smells are in the vicinity”

“Very bad area... first the smell 🤢🤮I couldn’t open any windows for almost a year. Second, traffic to enter Warsan4 as there is Only one entrance. I strongly do not recommend to move to Warsan4. Regarding the building the parking is very narrow and the drainage system for washrooms is very bad also false fire alarm keeps going all the time even at night and disturbing people all the time. Moreover the rent is very high compared with all facilities in the area. Run away my friend”

“For Building its 5 stars! Good Building and Well Managed! But for Area, there is always a Bottle Neck at the entrance and exit. There is only way to go out or come into the area. Until, there is no resolution from the auth, i would not recommend this area Warsan 4”

“Very very bad area with the smell and the bad traffic and not family area at all with too much companies accommodation . Looks now like international city phase one situation plus the rent is very high. Not recommended at all👎🏻”
