About Safeer Tower

Safeer Tower is a development of two towers in Business Bay, Dubai, with 178 apartments between them. The towers are Safeer Tower 1 and Safeer Tower 2, the tallest of them 18 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Four lifts serve them, roughly 45 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Business Bay, about 25 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 15 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 12 places to eat, 12 parks and gyms and 6 shops. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 55k a year for a studio.

“I m staying in safeer 2 in marasi drive, very good accommodation with good people. The apartment is clean and shared area is good. Securities are there for our things especially Zeeshan. Spacious gym and good pool facility. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for short term and long term yearly stay.”

“Worst management I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. I’ve been living in Dubai for 8 years and I’ve never seen worse management, security, or cleanliness than this building. Not once have I come at night and found a security guard at the reception. Not once has a visitor come to my place and the security opened the parking gate without us begging and calling multiple times. A mouse even entered my apartment on the 14th floor, and when I asked management to handle the issue, they told me it’s not their responsibility. Honestly, until now I still don’t understand what the role of the security team in this building is.”

“They won't open parking for visitors even though the parking lot is empty—they embarrass you in front of your guests. There's a bad smell, and their treatment lately is terrible. There aren't even trolleys for cleaning or moving. For repairs, you call them today and they come after two weeks. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you live here for free. You send an email and no one replies. And there are cockroaches.”

“It is a great place to live! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything in Dubai. The views are amazing, and the gym is top-notch with excellent equipment and temperature controlled pool. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Business Bay!”

“I rented a 2 bedroom flat and it's very large, amazing burj khalifa view and the apartment is 1.5 larger than others. The gym is recently upgraded, which is a great add. The building is also clean and insects free.”

“Having lived in Safeer Tower 2 for the past year, I can confidently say it offers an exceptional blend of comfort, convenience, and community. Nestled in the vibrant Business Bay district, the tower provides easy access to major landmarks like Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.”
