“Not responding to complaints. No clear communication channel with the management. Bad treatment of residents. Delays in maintenance and repairs, including elevator issues and problems inside apartments.”

“It is a great place to live! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything in Dubai. The views are amazing, and the gym is top-notch with excellent equipment and temperature controlled pool. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Business Bay!”

“I rented a 2 bedroom flat and it's very large, amazing burj khalifa view and the apartment is 1.5 larger than others. The gym is recently upgraded, which is a great add. The building is also clean and insects free.”

Nestled in the vibrant Business Bay district, the tower provides easy access to major landmarks like Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.”

“The building is super clean and well maintained, parking is spacious, residents enjoy a large gym with new equipment and a temperature controlled pool all year round. Regular upgrades are actively being carried out by the Owner's Committee.”
