“14 years living and dubai and living in so many different buildings , this building is by far the worst building I ever stayed in, 1- the whole building smells very very bad 2- the parking gate is open for everyone so I always find different car parking in my place. 3- in the 2 days off they always do maintenance, so at 9 am they put the fire alarm and wake you up and the alarm goes for hours and hours ( one day it kept going on and off from 9 am to 5 pm ) in the day off ! 4- also they put sign that water will cut on the 2nd for example and they cut the water in the 9ths which is also day off . 5-THERE IS A BUILDING RIGHT NEXT TO IT THAT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, SO AT 5 AM IN THE MORNING YOU WAKE UP TO THE SOUND COME FROM CONSTRUCTION. 6- there is no gym in the building ( so don’t believe if they told you they have gym so that you rent from them ) 7- there is no maintenance, and when I complain many many times that the AC in my apartment is not working , they send someone who took money to just clean the AC and the ac still not working, and when I tried to fix it though them 4 or 5 times I gave up that they will ever fix it. 8- when the water heater broke they took 3 months to change it for me. THANKS GOD THIS IS MY LAST 9 DAYS IN THIS BUILDING AND I WILL LEAVE . I WOULD STAY ONE MORE DAY HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER IT FOR FREE. Finally just to be fair, there is a new maintenance company which is handling the building since 2 weeks, I can see some improvement and hope it continues so that the building goes back as it used to be. The manager of the new maintenance team is so active guy but he have alooooooooot of things to do. This is my genuine feedback I stay in room number 311”

“The team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The process was smooth and they were professional throughout. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Overall, a reliable company to deal with as a tenant.”

“Apartment are very spacious also the rent is quite high but its fine as the supermarket & Sweet Mango resturant is Next to the building ,also have easy connectivity from the main road”
