Serenity Lakes is a development of two towers in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, with 162 apartments between them. The towers are Serenity Lakes 2 and Serenity Lakes 5, the tallest of them 5 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2013. There is a swimming pool. Within 800 metres there are 15 parks and gyms, 5 shops and 3 places to eat. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 49k a year for a studio.

“I rented an apartment in this building, and I’m very happy with my experience. The location is excellent which makes everything very convenient. The management and staff are also friendly and helpful whenever needed. Its a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking a good location in JVC.”

“Had a few small issues when I first moved in but they were resolved quickly, service is definitely better now. I noticed is that the parking orientation has been fixed, which makes it much easier to navigate”
