“The worst building in Dubai. Inside, every apartment is in dire need of maintenance. No maintenance has been done on the air conditioning, bathrooms, or kitchen for 15 years. After signing the contracts, there's no maintenance office to follow up with, and they tell you that you're responsible for all maintenance costs. Please pay close attention to the contracts.”

“Good building before, but new owner doesn't do maintenance and doesn't care about tenants' complaints. I left before my contract ended unfortunately. Garbage rooms are full of insects and there's no attention to cleanliness unfortunately.”

“dirty building owner change though the no building management security not there most of the time children plays in the corridor loud noice all the time cockroaches have,don’t recommend at all.”

“The apartment and all the building is full of cockroaches and there’s no pest control there’s also mold on the walls and we called them many times without any response Also there is no security and kids area is a mess and no one cleans it”

“don't rent in this building if you care about you safety toilet marble is collapsing and severely injured many tenants”

“لا يوجد مكتب للتواصل ولا ادارة يمكن التحدث معها – التواصل مع محاسبة فليبنية لا ترد علي الهاتف مطلقا لا يوجد صيانة علي الاطلاق وكل أعمال الصيانة سواء كانت بسيطة جدا او معقدة علي المستأجر رخام الحمام الرئيسي بدون اي دعامات مما أدي إلي سقوطه في عدد 4 شقق سكنية في البناية وقد يؤدي لا قدر الله الي اصابات بالغة في حالة وجود احد االمستأجرين في الحمام لحظة السقوط لا تقوم البناية برد مبلغ التأمين وتقوم بإرسال عرض سعر خيالي من شركات وهمية بإصلاحات وهمية تتخطي مبلغ التأمين”

“Unfortunately. Changed. The owner was a very good place to live and there was always a maintenance team following up and clean housing. Currently the situation is very unfortunate, there is no cleanliness and no attention to maintenance.”

“I do not recommend living in this building. There is no maintenance at all, the AC is very poor and very loud, and the building does not refund the security deposit.”
