Stand Point is a development of two towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The towers are Stand Point Tower A and Stand Point Tower B. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, about 7 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 9 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 75 places to eat, 8 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable.

“Most vile place I’ve ever lived. The birds infest the area. They dedicate on the balcony which is bad enough but now it’s every day on our clothing. I’ve asked for something to be done, deterrents, non harmful methods to deter them. I got a vague response and no follow up. Cannot wait to leave! Additionally to this, dogs barking constantly and work being done at all hours in the morning including drilling and blow torches. It’s been a living nightmare”

“One of the most conveniently located building in downtown which is 7 mins walk from Dubai Mall both on Fountain side as well as Fashion Avenue side. It is also a 7 min walk to Dubai Mall Metro station and a 10 min walk to Bay Avenue in business bay. The building is surrounded by some amazing cafes and eateries, in case you planning to move or visit Dubai on a short stay, do consider staying in this building.”

“Standpoint Tower 1812 is a stunning property ideally situated near the Opera, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, making it one of the top spots for enjoying Downtown Dubai. The building is well-maintained and provides a great base for exploring the area. However, there's ongoing 24-hour construction nearby, which can sometimes be distracting due to the noise.”
