“Bad quality of windows , very basic , street noise it’s heard easily at home. Add it to that with the new construction across. Same feeling as you are in the site. It looks smart building , but no good quality in the finishing also. Customer service is not as professional as it should be when you complain about the window noise , they come just to try to prove you wrong or quick fix like a cheap silicone which didn’t do anything Not recommending this building at all. And they said that they are in contact with me but they are not . They are waiting for owners to pay around 5 K for a report to see what they can do A good developer will solve the problem and the inefficiency on the sport and by the way other owners are complaint form the same thing .”
