“I'll tell right away that the building itself is old, the g floor also looks very old, but fortunately there are no cockroaches inside the apartment and the building smells normal and not creepy. I got a very very nice clean upgraded apartment. Everything is near the building, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a mall, a taxi, everything is very convenient. And this is a honest review about the whole summer cluster or summer Community.”

“Building is good but security system is not good for delivery boy becuase entry only A block some rider take 4 to 5 water how can pull and delivered no trolly available these policy is poor”

“Moved here from canada 6 months ago. The only good thing I can say about this community is the security guards. Very safe and polite and professional. The property maintenance outside around the building is not good. Constant garbage everywhere. Zero lighting in the stairways. The gym always has broken equipment that takes 3-6 months before it’s fixed. Then it breaks again🤦. Sauna has been broken for months. Little to no parking available around building vicinity. Just recently our air conditioning broke. After I informed my landlord and he had it fixed he tried to charge me 350 aed for repairs of the compressor on the roof of the building as if it is my fault, problem or responsibility🤦. On our balcony is constantly loud with children kicking a football repeatedly against the wall creating extremely loud banging sounds that echo. Not relaxing at all. The building management takes forever to respond to complaints. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for a better place to live. I do not recommend this community.”

“Better place with required amenities and near by restaurants and grocery shops. Less crowded and friendly environment. Be careful with some areas where con man/women roam around seeking help don't ever entertain.”
