“Poor reception staff. They do not accept any ID either digitally from UAE pass or scanned soft copy. Talked to their manager. They stick with their redundancy policy just because they need to scan your ID with their system. This means if someone is renewing their ID is not allowed in building. If someone is outsider and doesn’t have ID is not allowed. This is why many guests coming to Address building as guest arrive exhausted and angry! A welcoming package I guess! Fun part is that unit I was about to see was empty!”

“I wish they can hire professional people who can give a good care here, no one is taking actions in this residence, bad service, no maintenance to fix any problem you get, their only answer every time you complain is (I will follow up), but no actions are taken, more than 20 days, asking for someone to fix and stop this water leakage, but no one to interfere . I don’t advise any one to live here”

“The reception at Address Fountain Views Tower 2 is the best in Downtown. The service is always excellent, and the staff is exceptionally good at what they do. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful, making every experience pleasant. This residence reception truly stands out for its outstanding service.”
