“Poor reception staff. They do not accept any ID either digitally from UAE pass or scanned soft copy. Talked to their manager. They stick with their redundancy policy just because they need to scan your ID with their system. This means if someone is renewing their ID is not allowed in building. If someone is outsider and doesn’t have ID is not allowed. This is why many guests coming to Address building as guest arrive exhausted and angry! A welcoming package I guess! Fun part is that unit I was about to see was empty!”

“They are the worse tower ever Tower 2 dont think ever about buying an apartment there reception people are very rude they are not helpful they take lots of money for service charge and they dont serve tenants a good service”

“Kayla the supervisor of tower 2 residences is so rude together with her colleague Sheriyar. Asked to stamp the ticket for my car as I came for a viewing, they were so rude and 0 will to help. Seems like they shouldn’t work in hospitality.”

“The reception at Address Fountain Views Tower 2 is the best in Downtown. The service is always excellent, and the staff is exceptionally good at what they do. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful, making every experience pleasant. This residence reception truly stands out for its outstanding service.”

“My family is staying in hotel from few days over here .higlh recommended.. speacily when ever I come to the lobby Mr Ahmed arab cofee.. is serving very well with dates ,tea ,water and what ever help you ask .”
