The Jewels is a development of two towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The towers are The Jewels A and The Jewels B. Cayan Property Developer completed it in 2007. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. DMCC Metro station is a 11-minute walk, and the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop is 4 minutes away. “Unwelcoming to guests and inconsistent guest registration rules. Went over to visit for a birthday at one of the units on the jewels tower 2 second floor. The guard asked for my emirates ID, scanned it in a machine and asked me to leave it with him. Really weird as they should never do that. It was the first time it happened. It’s quite uncomfortable leaving your ID with a person without him giving you a claim tag or any proof that he took it. Seems sketchy and dangerous to leave your Emirates ID. I think my details alone should have been enough. Or they could have verified with the unit owner. Beware. Do not leave tour emirates ID with with anyone.”

“Maintenance is poor. Aircond chiller has been down for more than a month in June and July (yea summer!!) and the maintenance crew isn't able to fix it.”
