“I gave 1 star just for the kindness of the security and the people working in the building from cleaners to lifeguard from the swimming pool who are all doing a good job.
The apartments are not in a good condition the management will not be helpful , the water at the tap is always brown or at least every time you turn on the water, the pipe system is a disaster, many issues in the kitchen mold under the sink cause of the wrong installation that they made , leakage in the ceiling where you as a tenant you have to pay because the owner will make sure you will pay everything, in the tenancy contract you have to pay any maintenance under aprox 700Aed and believe me they will make it in such way to pay.
Our neighbor stayed for many months without being able to use the washing machine because the pipes inside the wall between 2 floors broke and the apartments were floded and management and the owners from above and below did nothing for more than 5 months just arguing who will pay for all damages while people stayed with mold in the ceiling ,destroyed kitchen cabinets and ceiling ,mold etc.
They will make the apartments look clean and good in the beginning but after, you will suffer, plus they made the prices higher since TOPAZ 2 is finished and in use, are using the name but has no comparison at all. I do not recommend specially for families with small kids, the smoke alarm will be on at least few times a day , specially around 12 and 3 am.”

The building is exceptionally well-maintained, and the level of cleanliness throughout common areas is impressive, creating a welcoming environment every time you walk in. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with layouts that prioritize natural light and effective use of every corner, making the space feel both comfortable and functional.
Security is top-notch, with a dedicated and professional team of security personnel available 24/7 and well-placed surveillance cameras throughout the building. This gives residents a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. The maintenance team is also highly responsive, ensuring that any issues are quickly and efficiently addressed, which is a big plus for long-term comfort.
The amenities at Topaz Residence 2 are perfect for enhancing the quality of life. The swimming pool is always clean and ideal for both relaxation and exercise. The gym is well-equipped, catering to all fitness needs, while the children’s play area provides a safe, enjoyable space for kids. There’s also ample, secure covered parking, a feature that adds convenience for residents with cars.
