“Dear future tenants, stay away from this place. I strongly recommend choosing another place. At the moment I am a resident of this building and every day I encounter a problem. The construction company, as well as the managers, don’t care what happens. At the bottom of our floor there is a Mehndi restaurant that constantly makes noise when cleaning. So that you understand the noise, it’s as if someone is doing renovations in your apartment or a nervous wife is throwing dishes in anger. this happens every day at 12:00, 1:35, 2:25, 3:40, 5:45 am😡😢 it is impossible to fall asleep or get enough sleep. The permissible noise level in Dubai during the day is 40-50dBA (7:00 to 20:00) and at night the permissible level is 30-40dBA (20:00 to 7:00) Highly recommend do not put yourself in trouble. Do not repeat our mistake. So now . We need to go to the police 👮‍♂️.”

During my recent visit to Dubai, I stayed in one of the apartments, 301, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience.One of the standout features of Residence 1095 is the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartments. My apartment was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the modern furnishings and decor gave it a luxurious feel. The living area was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with friends or family. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings.One of the highlights of Residence 1095 is the rooftop pool. The pool area is stunning, with panoramic views of the city skyline and plenty of loungers for relaxing in the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the Dubai sunshine.The location of Residence 1095 is also excellent. It is located in the vibrant Al Barsha neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The Mall of the Emirates is just a short drive away, as is the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach.Overall, my stay at Residence 1095 was fantastic. The clean and spacious apartment, combined with the rooftop pool and convenient location, made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Residence 1095 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Dubai.”

“Gorgeous place. I rented a studio there for 2 months. Perfect walkability. Metro, Mall, cafes, restaurants, a park with rabbits, grocery stores. Excellent area al Barsha 1. The rooftop has a spotless pool. During the flood, the building didn't get flooded. There's a gym. The only downside is the soundproofing. Not very good noise insulation. Otherwise super location. Clean building.”

“The worst experience ever. We moved in this property in 2021 and only after few days of moving there , we noticed how poor the building quality was. We had to Constantly call maintainance to repair faulty electrical connections and the fire alarm would go off almost daily during early hours of the morning sometimes at 1 am or 3 am . After vacating this flat we left it an as new condition, not a single mark or sign of wear and tear. They still sent us a bill for half the amount of the deposit for repainting and fixing some of the dodgy repair work that had been done by their own maintainance team. This was 5 months ago and we still have not received the second half of the deposit back. This company is clearly dodgy and has no integrity when it comes to honoring thier contractual obligations. Think 10 times before you go anywhere near Al Ghurair property group or their agent.”
